The London office needed someone to own the investor surface: authorised people in, and the database kept off the browser.

What I did

I headed technology for SWIFT Holding LDN Ltd and directed delivery of the investor portal and admin tools. The application held user authentication, digital-asset workflows and investment tools, with secure database access and no direct client-side writes.

How it felt

It felt like the right kind of caution: family-office money on one side, a web form on the other, and no excuse for a write from the client.

The challenges

Yes. The work was challenging because the tools had to feel usable without ever letting the browser touch the store.
